Job description:
1. Provision of Bookkeeping / Financial Reporting Services to Multinational Clients, to make sure:
- All accounting entries and supporting are 100% in line with the PRC GAAP and Group Reporting Policy.
- All accounting transactions especially payments are properly authorized and attached with proper supporting.
- Timely complete the month end closing and the preparation of financial reporting.
- All of your work processes should 100% follow the company policy of the client you are serving.
2. Productivity Improvement
- Help your subordinates control their work time and thus, able to improve the productivity of the service team.
Job requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting, Business, or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting, costing, financial planning and analysis in manufacturing MNC with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
-Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadline, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately
-Good communication skills and ability to work in a project team-oriented environment
-Strong knowledge of ERP with ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
-Fluent in English speaking and writing
